The cost of the day is €45 and includes a lunch of asian flavour, cooked by Mo Osman who will also run the course. He has been establishing a small holding for the last number of years, with a productive greenhouse, polytunnel and kitchen garden, on several acres and is involved with the weekly Country Market in Tullow.
